The staff was very rude. They got angry with me for losing just a key when I asked a replacement.

They don't even checkin us. just told us in the evening that hotel is full and we can not accept your booking. We booked hotel month before the check in.

It takes ages to wait for an elevator. Never received an invoice for a stay even though I called and wrote few times.

It's a bit old hotel, normal environment. Breakfast is good. It's a ten minute walk to the metrobus station.

Honestly just Breakfast only, but If you're considering staying at world point Hotel Istanbul, be prepared for a potentially unpleasant experience. Request a room change or ask to inspect the room before checking in to ensure it's clean and bug-free.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at World point hotel Istanbul. Despite being a 4-star hotel, the service was subpar, and the cleanliness was a major concern.From the moment I checked in, I noticed bugs crawling around the lobby and my room. I was shocked to see cockroaches scurrying across the floor, and it seemed like they were everywhere. The room itself was not thoroughly cleaned, and the housekeeping staff seemed to be in a rush.The most disturbing part was that the cleaning lady never changed the sheets and pillow covers throughout my entire stay. I requested fresh linens multiple times, but they were never replaced. I was expecting a certain level of service and cleanliness from a 4-star hotel, but World point Hotel Istanbul fell woefully short.Unless the hotel takes significant steps to address these issues, I would not recommend it to anyone. Bathroom condition isn't ok Room access card wasn't working properly, so you need to fix it everyday at the front desk

Staff are really rude in multiple occations and the rooms are really old and looked like den .When opened teh windows iots full of old concrete abandoned apartments

I had a wonderful stay at World Point Hotels in Istanbul. From start to finish, everything was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. The hotel’s location is ideal—close to key spots in the city and easily accessible by public transport.The room was spotless, and cozy, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was especially comfortable, and the view from the window was a lovely bonus and balcony as well. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay.What really stood out was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. It made the stay even more enjoyable.Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of both local and international options. Everything was fresh and well-presented.Well done, World Point Hotels team! You truly made my visit to Istanbul a memorable one. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to others without hesitation.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was filled with happiness! Miss ilkay warmly welcomed us, made our check-in process smooth, and even upgraded our room to one with a beautiful balcony. Her kindness and hospitality made our stay truly comfortable and unforgettable.The next morning, Miss Miray greeted us with a big smile and generously offered us a traditional Turkish cup of tea, making us feel even more at home. Both ilkay and Miray speak fluent English and go above and beyond to ensure guests have the best experience—I highly recommend asking for them!Additionally, a big shoutout to the gentlemen Emre, Ahmet, and Gağdaş, who were always around and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their professionalism and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.The hotel’s location is also perfect—just a short walking distance to Cumhuriyet Mahallesi, Marmara Park Mall, and the Metrobus, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area.A huge appreciation to the World Point Hotels management for having such an excellent team. Also a big appreciation to the World Point Hotels Family for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service. This was a truly memorable experience, and I can’t wait to return!

Everything is good

The service and arrangements were top. Good quality breakfast.

The left was disabled and there was a rush for some time, especially during breakfast. The toilet door was out of order. There was no water in the room

Everything was clean and new , staff were really friendly , the breakfast was awesome.The main important thing was that Air-conditioner was super cool ? All in all , I was satisfied and for my next trip for sure I will choose this hotel.

Cockroaches coming to visit you at night from underneath your bed, so not for light hearted visitors. And don’t forget your clothes or anything else on your leave, cause nothing will be returned. Forgot my shirt in the cupboard, looks like it was stolen by the cleaning staff.
